This is a really good rec center for children s classes. They always have good instructors. We have taken a few dance classes, gymnastics, art, robotics, and swimming lessons and I ve never been unhappy. We have also taken classes at at least four other Fairfax County rec centers so I have that frame of reference to compare. It seems a bit more clean and classy, too.

The playground isn t the greatest. It s closer to a tot lot without much fun for older kids. If we are in the area anyway we head down the road to Clemyjontri Park for some real playground action. They also don t win for the best pool - that would be Cub Run out in Centerville.
