Please use a sign in & sign out sheet at the transplant office.
I arrived at 7:30 to do my bloodwork for my post kidney transplant yearly checkup. When my husband & I returned to the office we were told that we could get something to eat if we d like since my appointment wasn t until 9:20.
We went for breakfast & were back to the Transplant by 9:00. We said Hi to the girls at the front desk and sat down to wait.
I didn t get in to see a doctor until 10:30 & THEN had to wait at least 20 minutes in the examing room for my doctor to see me.
I was told by the nurse that took me back for my appointment that they had a message that my return was pending . No one ever updated my return so no one came & got me for my 9:20 appointment.
I NEVER want to wait that LONG for an appointment again.
