Very poor experience. Their low efficiency really impressed me. They normally need to take 1.5 months for just changing a mailbox name. Think about it, you just moved in, and you need to change your address, but the name of the mailbox is other's. Also, It took me about 2 months to get the deposit check, and they charged me $150 cleaning fee for No reason. I cleaned whole room when I left.
