The courtesy and compassion shown to my husband and I by the team at Bremer Jewelry was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced in customer service. After we got engaged in (the ring was a surprise picked out by my husband, with the help of the sales staff and it couldn't have been more perfect!) we quickly went in to order our wedding bands, complete with engraved wedding date. Unfortunately, due to an illness in the family, we ended up having to change our wedding date, not once, but twice! Each time, they were happy to help...getting the new date engraved inside the rings - never batting an eye - and always asking how we were coping. Since then, we have purchased several more pieces of meaningful jewelry, and each time we are met with the same friendly faces and amazing customer service. The fact that the staff has been around for so long, says so much about the way this local, family business is run. Not to mention how generous they are to charities throughout central Illinois. We are blessed to have Bremer Jewelry in Peoria and Bloomington!
