I have been trying to have my machine repaired under warranty for over 3 weeks.

Dec 27, 2020- Machine Broken
Dec 27, 2020- Called Whirlpool to arrange service
Jan 7, 2020 - Repair man came to residence and left while I was in the washroom. He was never heard from again.
Jan 8, 2020 Called Whirlpool to arrange service AGAIN
Jan 14, 2020 Repair man came out and identified the problems and assured me that the parts would be ordered and I was already booked in for repair on the following Tuesday.
Jan 21, 2020 No call and no show from the repairman.
Jan 22, 2020 Called whirlpool and they assured he has been dispatched and would be out to my house by 3:30pm. NO SHOW AGAIN
Jan 23, 2020 Received email from whirlpool saying my work had been completed?? Called whirlpool AGAIN!!. Still no service repair man. Placed on hold for over 30 minutes and was hung up on??. Called whirlpool back AGAIN!!

THIS IS WHERE I M AT TODAY AT 1:24PM .STILL ON THE PHONE WITH YET ANOTHER CALL CENTER REP UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE SPENT OVER $150 AT THE COIN LAUNDRY WHILE WAITING FOR MY UNIT TO BE REPAIRED.
