Went to fall festival on October 14th. Never again! Took 1.5 hours to get through three miles of traffic to get into the parking lot. Spent 2.5 hours at the top of the mountain waiting to come down the skylift. People were being told a three hour wait to come down and they still kept bringing people up the mountain. We were stranded at the top of the mountain with not much to do at the top and no safe way to get down except to wait standing in the mud and cold. Someone had to call for emergency help after spending nearly two hours in line. Did not get to enjoy any of the festivities as most of my day was spent waiting in some sort of line. The whole thing was very disorganized and poorly planned. They could not handle the crowds.
