I won a free night in a Deluxe room with complimentary breakfast for two. I had a lovely stay - the hotel is very warm and welcoming however is in need of some updating/refurbishments - however I understand some refurbishments are already underway. Also, the indoor spa pool needs to be hotter - the morning I checked out it was barely even Luke warm! Sandeep and Todd from the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Good job guys!
