The staff, atmosphere and food is absolutely amazing. The afternoon tea here made us feel so very special as the staff were really attentive and the cakes and tea just delicious. You get a real sense of pride and willing to help from all the staff and they made the afternoon. Even booking when I had issues, they were more than forthcoming about allowing me time to sort it out.
Then again on a different visit, the staff were brilliant once more and the food spectacular. We had the loaded pancakes and you get a lot of good for your money. It was all well cooked and tasted great.
I wholly recommend this for afternoon tea and for brunch food. Will be visiting again soon
