The technician showed up on time, he was very polite and made quick work of the job. He even helped us tweak the settings on the system to fit our needs. He explained how the system worked, and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. He was great about answering questions. After the install, we've had the alarm go off a couple times and the company is great, they call me right away to check in and make sure everything is okay, even in the short exchanges we have, they are very nice and polite. I was referred to Smith Thompson, and I in turn recommend them to everyone I know who needs this type of service. When I move at some point in the future, I will be using them in my next home as well.
