First I was not told of the credit card 3% charge, OR THE 10% FUEL CHARGE They estimated 6 hours to pack and move, it took 10. They turned our coolers upside down and sideways my insulin wound up inside mayonnaise. Guess I can't use that broken jars..just a royal mess. They said that it would all fit in truck. They had NO ROOM for our refrigerator & freezer Now we have no one too call its a weekend. So far we have lost 1000.00 of food. They busted the door of an antique cabinet
