We've stayed multiple times at this hotel and this was the least enjoyable. The tub drained super slow, the sliding door to the bathroom was clunky, and they deactivated our keys because they thought we switched rooms somehow. Because of that mix up our room did not get serviced. Hoping this experience was one off. Now the good part, walking distance to sesame place, free cookies in the lobby when we returned from sesame place, staff is nice, overall normally a worthwhile stay.
