The sales process goes well but once you turn your money over, nothing else will go well. Over promise, under deliver... The Colder's Way! Update: Sectional to be delivered 10 weeks after being ordered. That's a day AFTER Easter when we were expecting to have it for family to enjoy over the holiday. *** Demand a delivery date be written directly on your invoice*** for any "special" orders or you have no legal leg to stand on when they sit on your money for weeks longer than anticipated.
