Bought my Honda Civic Hybrid from Mike Harvey and they installed the Integrated Motor Assist software "upgrade" knowing it would tank my MPG without telling me about this "feature." I never trusted them again and stopped taking my car there. Found Honda of Serramonte and they are great. Darrell Wilson is a fantastic service rep; I trust him and he takes good care of me and my car.
