They failed on providing quality service to a medical professional and it felt like a discrimination. If the reason of their unjust behavior is the fact that we are exposed to the covid patient and they fear that we might infect their so called 'normal guest' or everyone then they should be informed that more than anyone, medical staff are probably the least that can spread the virus since we have all the knowledge on how to contained the virus. Does 'normal guest' know the proper way of hand washing or do they even religiously do it? I dont have anything against the guests. It is inhumane to treat us like we are the virus. We dont need the management or everyone to show appreciation however the industry they belonged to must impart a good customer service. At the end of the day we are one of their guest. Is this what Khalidiya Palace offers? This kind of morale.
