Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at throughout the US/Canada. Could not have asked for better service. I received 3 wake-up calls in one morning, per my request. They made sure I was up and out for my important thing. The shower and toiletries... wow. I actually brought the toiletry bottles with me when I left with the intent to look it up online and buy more. Come to find out it's from this company in Paris and they only sell to 4-star (and up) rated properties (bummer - but impressive). I liked the artwork in the room, which is definitely not something I thought I ever paid attention to at other hotels. The building was really beautiful inside and out. Great location. Really I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend staying at St Jane Chicago <3
