I am so happy to see reviews for the BBB. It is long overdue that the hypocrisy of this organization can be publicly commented on. They hound business owners to join and keep "members" in good standing regardless of the "members" business practices. The entire premise of being in good standing with the BBB is a myth, the good standing status is largely based on a business paying their annual dues to the BBB.
