I just had an extremely disappointing encounter with agents from Harcourts. Their practices such as lying and manipulation to get an advantage over you are , if not illegal, very immoral.

Decide for yourself if you want anyone like this managing your most valuable asset. I, and everyone I know, will stay away from Harcourts.
