The mountain itself is by far the most playful, adventure packed, and nicest place to visit out of all local Vancouver mountains.
The staff suck though.
No one seems to care, why should they though. You only spend hundreds of dollars to come up for a day.
Things like keeping the snow makers off on pow days would be nice. Making the line ups easier to maneuver by putting ski poles and rope up. Basic things even smaller mountains around the world know how to do.

I know that some experiences are better than others. Although for the people that come more than a handful of days through out the year. We see the lack of ambition. Make Cypress more than a good mountain to ride.
Make it somewhere people want to come and enjoy because of the thoughtful staff. The attention to detail. Consistency is key for a solid foundation.
