Working with Holly was such a refreshing experience. She was patient and yet encouraging. She had a strong understanding of the Chicago market was able to guide us through a lot of first-time-buyer questions.

When it came to the negotiation, Holly was incredibly responsive (at all hours) and guided us through the whole process. I never felt like she was overstepping or pushing us. She really just wanted us to be informed and know that we got the best deal.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with Holly and would recommend her to anyone looking for a place to call home.
