Wow!!! As a owner of rentals and having been a renter under them, they need to get their business together. No communication, even when big maintenance issues arise. They have messed up our payments, had no communication with us and neglected simple maintenance of our property. Embarrassing.

UPDATE: we sold our property and the new owners used BVW so when we were moving out I left a nice drill in the basement for my husband to screw something in last min. They happened to do their walk through the next day, and you could imagine that when we called them to come get the drill...they looked for it but couldn t find it . Riiigghhhttt!!! I knew exactly where it was!!! Now the guy who does their walk through has a nice drill to add to his tool belt! Such dishonesty!!
