The ER wait is horrible. Staff is not friendly, terrible communication efforts. My grandmother is a 70+ year old stroke recovering patient, who waited in the ED for over 5 hours. She was admitted and didn't see a physician until the next day. She also waited over 4 hours for a Tylenol and wasn't offered water or food take administer the medication with. There was no presence of overnight staff. Still pending a call back from guest services and the charge nurse.
