I've been an OcUK customer for a few years now and they are my go-to Computer Component shop online, The customer service is as good as it gets, particular praise goes to the Customer Service Manager Steven Levitt AKA 5UB, ever since his elevation to the position I've seen him go heads and shoulders above the normal call of duty to make sure the customers leave Ocuk with a enjoyable experience.

The majority of times I've ordered, everything has been totally fine, the small handful of instances that something has gone amiss or stock showing online wasn't in stock in the warehouse it has been dealt with efficiently and in a very timely manner by the customer services team.
