I have never flat out walked out of a place before...

I have never flat out walked out of a place before but this takes place takes it. First they will NOT accept any insurance for your first visit. Understand $20 visit isn't much, why am I pay for insurance if they won't even try to use it? I've met my costs for the year so I don't want to pay more on top of it. Person at front desk was snoody. Watched one front office person snap at another patient who asked about the coffee machine in the waiting room.
Finally got taken back to an exam room 25 minutes after my appointment time to be sat down to watch a 15 minute video. Tried asking the staff person questions but barely got answers. Asked about estem (something I wanted to make sure I had an option for based on visits other places) and find out there is another cost that they don't send to insurance.
Video was over and I was still waiting for someone to get seen (now 55 minutes past my appointment.).
I walked out and will not be back!!!
