Right along with the rest of the reviews, their customer service is beyond awful. Tried loading money onto the card and the card didn't take the money but the company was more than happy to take it.

So now, $40 gone and not on the laundry card, customer service runaround to get the money back. Rude and useless. What a joke of a company, beyond disgusting.
