Stay away from Doctor's offices with ER in the sam...

Stay away from Doctor's offices with ER in the same building. The PA sent me downstairs to ER for "not looking right". Well $2000 later, they just gave me motrin and a bag of fluids and sent me home. The PA then charged me $250 office visit for taking vitals and telling me I dont look right. I will never go back to this office. I have tried to contact their billing department and kept getting redirected to a woman named Carrie. After several messages I finally spoke to Carrie. She said she is not the correct contact but would handle this issue. I have yet to hear back from Carrie. I am sure I am not the first person that they carelessly send down to their ER. But their customer service and their front desk staff are terrible. I have been to this office several times and tried different doctors there and have never been impressed. Go somewhere else!
