TolerBly & Company is an average company. I have used their services a few times and they have been satisfactory. The customer service could be better, but overall, they get the job done.

The Greensboro Chamber of Commerce is an organization dedicated to serving the business community in general, and leveraging assets and resources that enable them to prosper and grow. In their new offices next to the international civil rights center and museum, they liaison with public and private companies and organizations to benefit the community as a whole. I have no idea what the other reviewer means by his complaint that they re not open on Sunday as they are not a retail operation and really don t offer anything to visitors. Visitor information is available at the Greensboro Convention and Visitors Bureau. From someone who interacts with them frequently, I cannot say enough nice things about the Greensboro C of C.

Why 2*?
1) Location
Unless you're lost or staying at the hotel across the street, the location is off-putting to the area.

2) Hours
Not open on a Sunday? Day off, shopping day.

3) Accessibility
A kiosk in the heart of Elm Street would be better.

Honestly, the best part about being down there, a kid on a bike offered me 1/2 his chicken sandwich... No, I didn't take it. But the gesture was very "Southern" nice.
*Same 12y'old kid who, wearing a junior police badge on his helmet, fist bumped a cop earlier.

Kathi and her staff are amazing, I have had a wonderful experience with this Chamber and the Ambassadors. If you find that you need a group of professionals on your side, join this Chamber. My College will always be a Member! Hats off!
