The dealer was very nice and I like the car I purchased. However, less than two weeks after purchase, my car lost all power and the engine died while I was driving. After having it towed to the shop I learned that the battery was installed incorrectly, despite the car having passed all inspections before it was sold to me. Had I been driving on the interstate or in traffic when the car died, I could have caused a serious accident or been injured. This business also waited 2 weeks after purchase to mail the title of my car, so its expected arrival date was long after my state s deadline for registering the vehicle and I had to pay a fine. As much as I like the car, I m not sure it was worth the additional distress and costs I have incurred. Would not recommend.

edit to add: When I went to the DMV with my title (which arrived 8 weeks after I purchased the car, thanks USPS) and other paperwork, I discovered Premier Pre-Owned made errors on the title AND on the proof of purchase document...so I couldn t register my car and now have to wait even longer for the dealership to correct their errors and send me the corrected documents. Again, I would NOT recommend this dealership. You d think a professional dealership would know how to properly inspect a car battery, correctly fill out a car title, and correctly document the vehicle purchase...but evidently that was too much to ask.
