I filed 5 weeks ago, everything appeared to be run...

I filed 5 weeks ago, everything appeared to be running smoothly was all approved. Submitted my first request for unemployment which was issued 7/14, I still haven t gotten that. Tried calling, you can t speak with anyone and the next appointment offered was late August. Not very helpful for the now. It s way past the 72 hour wait period for compensation... what is going on?
