Rooms are modern and clean the wait and room staff are wonderful the Signature Thai Restaurant is questionable
I stay 2 nights at the JW and their Thai Restaurant is magnificent food to die for
Here at the renaissance I ordered the same dishes i ordered at the JW previous nights ago
At the renaissance I was told they couldn t serve me a full sea bass it would only be half but filleted and I would be charged the same I said hmmm no
So suddenly magically I get a full sea bass but had to wait longer... my question is where did they get this sea bass , how old is it and why the drama ?
I was very turned off but the weirdness of it all
The meal was eh...
The pool situation is a mess it s small and way too many kiddos in it I don t mind the noise just the surprises that lurks in the water
Yet there s actually a kids pool
They should separate the two
The gym was small but open 24 hrs that s convenient and the gym staff were awesome
Check in took a while ...overall
Rooms great
Gym good
Pool not bad
Food expectations not met
