Not a good experience working with the dealership....

Not a good experience working with the dealership. No accountability and zero customer service. Took the 2019 GLS 450 because check engine light came on. The rep who helped me had no customer service skills. I had to reach out multiple times during the week to get an update. The repair had to go through insurance and she mentioned that she had reached out multiple times to the claim agent when she hadn't reached even once. When went to pick up the car after 2 weeks, no one bothered to bring the car to delivery lane when initially they said to wait as someone will bring the car out. After 20 mins I had to myself drive the car out, no communication nothing. This was by far the worst experience I had at a dealership.
