Roberto was very informative, explained everything in great detail and matched the price we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about his products and the advantages of each. He went out of his way to get everything we wanted and in a very timely manner. Very happy with our choice to go with Griffin. Looking forward to having a new system before the heat of summer to see the savings roll in. Roberto is a great salesman and very down to earth and will be honest and no nonsense. He forgot his laptop and his wife drove from Fruit Cove to Orange Park so he could give the best presentation possible.
