First, let me say that over the years, I have purchased 4 vehicles from Bowditch Ford. A return customer. However, I list below, some recent dealings that have left me less than satisfied.
l. After waited at the service counter for ten minutes without acknowledgement, I had to request attention from the service desk clerk. She then told me I would need to talk to Al who was not there.
2. The service department referred me to an outside vendor to repair a leaking rear window. After four visits and $400.00, it still leaks.
3. Lastly, I made an appointment with the service department for a fuel module safety recall. At the appointment, I was told that the fuel level had to be less than the level that I had at that time, therefore, the job could not be done. I should have been informed of this when I made the
appointment, to avoid a trip from Smithfield, and arranging my schedule needlessly.
I will be going to another dealership for future purchases and service.
