The hotel is beautiful and nicely located. Their valet parking is $74 (not $70 as mentioned in their confirmation). The front staff was helpful. The staff was confused about the complimentary breakfast. From the ground floor restaurant we were sent to B2 and our name wasn't listed there. They called the manager but didn't know what's going on so suggested us that we go back to the restaurant on ground floor. The person suggested that, that one is a better choice anyways.

When we came back to our room in the late evening we found out that's the room wasn't cleaned. When we called they said that the housekeeper has told them the guest wanted only light service, meaning only towels needed to be changed. We never had any conversation with any housekeeper. Even the towels were not changed. When we called they were quite unoplogetic and sent the housekeeper to clean. This clearly shows the quality of service you can expect at this hotel. Room clean up service is the most basic service every hotel has to provide. If they cannot manage the basic service, I don't think they have their act together.

I have read reviews where another guest had the same issue. Regarding the confusion around complimentary breakfast the management had responded, almost a month back, that they will fix this. It is still not fixed. This happened to me today.

Also, they don't offer free wifi.

I don't see why I would ever return to this hotel and now I'll think twice before going to any other Marriott hotel. I'm not a happy camper.
