My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Joyce Honda. I finally was able to purchase my Honda Civic with them and I was so happy. However, as time went on, the service got worse. There was a recall on my AC condenser and when I took it in back in September 2020, I was told by the service manager that they would take care of me. So I drop the car off and for hours, no call or anything. I was under the assumption my car was being fixed, but once 7:00 came, I called the dealership and service department NUMEROUS times because at this point it had been 5 hours since I dropped my car off. Needless to say, my car wasn t even TOUCHED by anyone and they claimed they didn t even know it was there. Fast forward a few months, and I finally decide to get my condenser fixed along with my oil changed. Again, I leave my car and when I finally call to see if it s ready, my service advisor says that my radiator is leaking and it needs to be fixed with my condenser, totaling about $940. I was shocked and said I would think about it. My AC condenser was a recall which means it should be done free of charge. I took my car to Honda of Hackettstown and got it fixed with no problem, and guess what, my radiator was completely fine! I tried calling the service manager but they kept disconnecting the call. This place is so unprofessional and went downhill these last few years. They lost 4 valuable customers and some because my family and I literally referred everyone here. They take advantage of their customers.
