Mortgage First was amazing from the start. We are first time home buyers and we didn't really know what we were doing or where to start. Claire was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything from how to get the process going to VA home loans to closing. We were both very surprised at how smoothly everything went from beginning to end and all the paperwork went through so fast! If we hit a snag, Claire would be right on top of it, getting it fixed. If we needed to sign a couple more papers she would let us know, and we could do most of it from home on the computer (which was nice because our schedule is very busy!) Overall our experience with Mortgage First was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, ANYONE! and we will most definitely be utilizing their abilities next time..after we grow out of this house and need a bigger one!
