Even though this place is close to me I drive extra to go to Crestmont VW. The lady at the service counter (I am blanking on her name) should be made to study customer service 101, so she knows not to sass the customer when they are trying to find some information. Otherwise she should work at the donut drive through down the road, not a place where people bring their $35k-$40k investments for service.
