normally I have an OK experience at this Beauty Brands but today I got my hair trimmed and told her i was growing out my hair and that i just wanted a bit of face framing and Master Stylist Shelley (she was very nice and I really liked her) basically cut a big chunk out of the front of the right side of my face. I wish i could insert a picture because i didn t notice right away but I got home and it seriously is about 5 inches wide of just a straight up chin length chunk right at the front of my face. the rest of my hair is at my collarbone.
