Long lines. Shuttle needed because not enough park...

Long lines. Shuttle needed because not enough parking which added long wait for Shuttle both ways. Over priced everything. $10 for a locker, etc. etc. Some staff VERY rude. Overheard parking lot staff yelling at customers. To top it off after a 2 hour wait to get rental gear I paid for lift ticket and gear for three skiers only to get to the counter to find out they were out of ski poles. Employee tried to convince me poles weren't a standard part of a rental package anyway. Been skiing many places worst experience ever.
