I purchased a used 2016 CX-5 here a few weeks ago. Nenad and Derrick made this bar none the best car buying experience of my life (and I've had a few). I found the car listed as a "great" deal on cargurus. They honored the price without any hassle. They gave me a very good offer on my trade in, and were willing to provide an "out-the-door" quote over the Internet. They politely moved on when I declined the upsales (e.g., used car warranty). I was so pleased with the service, that when I came back to have a roof rack installed (which I would not have done at the dealer if I wasn't so pleased), I GAVE them the cargo liner from the SUV I had traded in that I had found in my garage. A+ guys. Will happily deal with you in the future.
