I am not sure how they have managed to be the official photographers for my children's school. For the third straight year, the class pictures are so dull with poor lighting. I am now pretty sure that they do this on purpose so we have to pay extra for the touch-up service. I am definitely going to talk to the school about this. I am not surprised at their pathetic review score on google. It should be even worse.
