We are traveling with an 18 month old, and had requested a few things, a crib, etc., but it want ready when we arrived, and the pad they had given us was stained and pretty gross. After a few phone calls, they came back, and made it right. Other than that, it's an excellent location, park, beach, Mission Bay is so close to so many great spots, but Paradise Point is expensive for what it is, also, there isn't any decent source of water, so pick up a 2.5 gal on the way in.
