Bad falls short of qualification
It's much worse!
For work reasons it is impossible for me to complete the course, a course that I have almost paid for, I think it is a reasonable justification for my money back and not to do it by returning the material in perfect condition but no, they are more determined to charge and keep the money that in forming people, in short, disappointed.
