Kept $25.00 for a "fully refundable" room. When you click on the site it states "Fully refundable" click on terms it states "fully refundable 4 weeks in advance" When I wrote to them stating we cancelled prior to 4 weeks in advance they stated read the Fine Print which was 3 pages down on the online form stating they "may keep a service fee in the event of an cancelation" and that they were going to keep it. The most outrageous part of all of this is, it said "no advance payments, pay at time of arrival" yet also took 30% immediately. AVOID them at all costs they are ripe off artists!!!!
