Never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. Rep called me regarding my daughters information. She asked for my date of birth and info which was irrelevant. After giving my info, she gave me the wrong name of my daughter. When I informed her of the error, rep stated with a very nasty and condescending tone uh that is your child ma am. As if I don t know the name of my own child. After telling me the reasoning for the call after getting through the nasty attitude, I immediately asked to speak to a manager due to this rep not understanding the meaning of being professional and conducting a normal conversation on the phone l, especially when it comes to doing business. This company really needs to focus on training properly and understand that bully tactics will get you nowhere.
