The palace itself is kind of a let down. At least it was for me. The audio tour was more about the art on the walls than the actual history that took place here. There really isn't much of the original things due to the revolution, which just makes the place full of replicas. It was way crowded with all the tours. That being said the gardens are amazing! Marie Antoinette's estate was by far better as it was less crowded. You actually got to read the plaques and learn about the place! All in all, really pretty but pretty crowded.
