This venue is just another fallen star. Years ago, it was a "go-to" venue, but now.... times have changed. This has turned from being a haven of solace for the EDM scene, to a blatant cash grab. The venue is consistently oversold to the point of being unable to navigate through the crowd, at any point, save for the bathroom hall. The structure for drink pricing is nearly double of any other nearby venues, $21 for a full-size Captain and coke (not an exaggeration).
The rules are absurd, if a concert goer brings anything that includes one light of any form, they must remove their clothing/jewelry/hat/etc or be denied entry. They have denied entry for clothing that supports artists that are not playing that evening (Bassnectar clothing was banned at a Getter show). If you do go on an evening where there happens to be the slightest amount of floorspace, the crew puts up blackout screens on both sides of the stage. All of these ridiculous actions are always justified by the owners as "these were per artists request". Don't waste your time, money, or even go for free. There are dozens of other local venues between here and Baltimore that provide similar production, with the same artists, at a better location.
