I have applied over a dozen times to different nur...

I have applied over a dozen times to different nursing jobs.
I was looking to transfer from hospital to office nursing.
I was denied each time because they found a candidate with better qualifications .

I have worked for 40 years , with newborn and special care nursery( including vents, etc), yet I m not qualified to work in a pediatric office!

My guess is they looked at my age and went from there. I can to this day run with the best of them.
What a crooked HR department
