Came in to get my phone screen repaired. Was told it was a 25 minute wait and that I was free to walk around the plaza and they would text me in 25 minutes when the Genius would be available. I wait an HOUR and no text. Go to the store to see what is taking so long. They quote me to wait an extra 30 minutes because I didn t come in person after 25 minutes and check in. I ve never had this issue before at an Apple store. I sit and wait for the extra 30 minutes and two girls who are dressed in designer clothes and an attitude get help immediately from the Genius bar.
