Tastebuds Inc food truck is amazing. Their Big Kahuna Burger with bacon is literally the best burger I ve ever had, no joke.

They source local, quality ingredients, have a strong, local following of regular customers, and have an ever increasing customer base.

Demand is soaring, so supply and production may at times be coming up short. Hence the possibility that there may be a long wait time, or they may run out of food before closing time.

They are working out of a food truck. Until fairly recently it s been one person working the the whole day, and they run 6 days a week. Therefore I think the possibility of a long wait or not getting a meal is reasonable, and acceptable. The fact that they seem to be hiring more staff bodes well, as they re working on meeting the large demand for their fantastic food.
