I only wished I could give less than one star. For over a year now I have been trying to fix the installation of my gutters. I paid over $11,000 for gutter guard to install gutters on my home. I have spent over a year and several hundred phone calls. Beth has lied to me so many times. I think she blocked my number, because they won't even answer them any more. The trouble shooter came and inspected the installation and couldn't believe that Southern installed them. Still no action from Beth. If my company did business this way, we wouldn't be in business I called the home office in Agusta today. They said they would assign it to a service team. My next step is litigation. I only want the job done right.
